Excellent free shuttle service, modern and clean rooms, quiet neighborhood with parks
Late check-in experience was frustrating!!! A/C took forever to cool the room, and the USB charging port behind the TV was a disaster!!! It would be great if the staff showed a little more engagement and helpfulness!!!

The shuttle service was efficient and timely. I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast for 5 euros offered decent options for a quick start. The area was quiet with a pleasant atmosphere. A really convenient stay 😊

It has good and amazing location in Barajas district very close to supermarket, park and the airport and conference centre. The hotel offers cheap and great meal in the morning with yogurt, jamon.

Newly decorated and quiet accommodation with perfect setting not far from the airport + airport shuttle. What a well organised staff! Welcoming customer care, parking onsite. The easy check-in process too.

The rooms were clean, and we enjoyed early morning visits to the nearby park and local cafés. The free airport shuttle was super convenient. The staff was nice and helped with our shuttle times. Perfect for short stays and well connected for exploring. I'd recommend this place for anyone just passing through!
One downside was the lack of a kettle for making hot drinks in the room, which we missed after our late arrival.

The free shuttle service to and from the airport was smooth and efficient, taking only 10 minutes to arrive. Staff availability was a plus, but the response to issues was disappointing. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately. While the linens were clean and well-maintained, the lack of proper room instructions and difficulty locating a charging point proved frustrating. Desserts were a pleasant surprise and enjoyable after a long day.

the front desk was a bit unhelpful,, but the 24-hour airport shuttle was super convenient and quick. The rooms were cozy and clean. Also, I loved the modern setup of the hotel!
